1. Age Restrictions & Eligibility

• Voting: Any registered user may vote.
• Contests: You must be at least 18 years old to enter competitions.
• Users under 18 may access the Services only for listening, playlist creation, and in-app purchases with parental or guardian consent.
• Contest Entry Criteria: Artists must meet minimum engagement requirements (set over the past 28 days) to enter.
• During artist registration, users must affirm their age via a mandatory checkbox to confirm they are 18 years or older.
• Disclaimer: Who’s Got Next Music is not responsible for misrepresentation of age. If an underage user falsely registers, their account may be terminated without refund.

2. Content Ownership & Licensing

By submitting content, you retain ownership but grant Who’s Got Next Music a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for promotional, marketing, and operational purposes.

Content Restrictions:

• Copyright-infringing material
• Hate speech, violent or threatening content
• Explicitly sexual or pornographic material
• Content promoting illegal activity
• Any content that violates U.S. or Canadian laws

We reserve the right to remove violating content within 24 hours and suspend repeat offenders.

3. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.
• Once an artist accesses the beats database, refunds are not allowed.
• If a contest is canceled, registration fees will be refunded.
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Subscription Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial refunds.

5. Fan Voting & Contest Judging

Fans serve as the sole judges of contests. Votes cannot be bought, traded, or transferred. The contest consists of:

• Round 1 – Audio-Only Voting
• Round 2 – Visual Storytelling
• Round 3 – Live Performance

Contestants with fraudulent votes will be disqualified.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Data Collection

Currently, there are no third-party advertisements or data collection. Future changes will be disclosed.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw unless they download digital content, which waives their right to a refund.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Disputes are subject to mandatory arbitration in Georgia.

9. Limitations of Liability

Who’s Got Next Music provides services “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. User Conduct & Indemnity

• Users must not harass, discriminate, or threaten others.
• No illegal activities or unauthorized data collection.
• Users agree to indemnify Who’s Got Next Music from claims related to their use of the Services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of changes.
